Henley development

Development is a big issue facing all communities. The State Government 30-Year Plan for Greater Adelaide identifies areas of development growth without giving proper consideration to essential infrastructure and social cohesion. Urban infill and high density living does not mean high-rise buildings. We need well-planned development that considers all aspects of community needs. This can only be achieved by community engagement and being part of the planning and decision-making process. WACRA and 15 other resident action groups have formed Community Alliance SA.

Petition (Word doc) – We the undersigned believe that the levels of development occurring in Henley Beach are not always in the best interests of the community.
